The OSU Nanotech West facility is the most comprehensive nanotechnology user facility in the State of Ohio. The facility houses a state-of-the-art cleanroom, cutting-edge material characterization tools, and outstanding device characterization instrumentation. It is an OSU-owned user facility that supports commercial, government, and academic clients, including SK Infrared. Nanotech West Lab consists of a 6,000 square foot class 100 cleanroom facility and possesses capabilities for 100 mm (4″) wafer processing.
